Personal use

Robot Personal Assistant is a privately operated assistant built with OpenClaw. It is intended for its operator and expressly authorized users. This website describes that assistant; it does not provide a public service, subscription, account registration, or access to the assistant.

You may connect only accounts and information you have permission to use. Review Google’s consent screen and the privacy policy before authorizing access. Do not provide passwords or tokens through this website.

Authorization and responsibility

Google permissions allow supported operations, while the operator’s instructions determine which tasks are authorized. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions, reviewing intended recipients and changes, and protecting their accounts.

Robot may run previously authorized workflows as well as respond to individual requests. Consequential actions should receive appropriate human review. Do not use the assistant to violate another person’s privacy, applicable law, or a service provider’s terms.

Limitations

AI-generated answers and automated results can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify important information and review proposed actions. The assistant does not replace professional advice or human judgment.

Availability depends on the operator’s equipment, network access, Google authorization, and external providers. No uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or particular result is promised. The operator may suspend or discontinue private access or a workflow.

External services

Google, AI providers, messaging services, and other connected services have their own applicable terms. Their names are used to explain integrations, not to imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Robot’s Google integrations remain subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and applicable Google user-data policies. Use of OpenClaw and other software remains subject to the licenses and terms applicable to that software.

Ending access

You can revoke Google authorization through Google Account connections and ask the operator to stop an authorized workflow. Revocation and deletion are separate actions; see the privacy policy for retained data and backup considerations.

Questions and changes

For questions, contact the operator using the support address shown on Robot’s Google consent screen or the private communication channel through which access was arranged. This approach avoids publishing personal contact details on an informational website.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the privately operated assistant. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
